Parked and blocking traffic on Oxford Street for 4 hours and counting today. Did not leave enough room to get around. Is this even legal?

These guys were assigned to my delivery from Dufresne when Dufresne delivery "forgot " or claimed my sectional was not on the truck just my mattress. Not only were the punctual and polite they went above and beyond the job when they discovered that the two piece sectional I purchased from Dufresne was too tall to fit in the freight elevator . They carried the two pieces up the stairs to my fourth floor apartment. Wow! Kudos to them. Would use them personally for moves and highly recommend them. Thanks to Dufresne for hiring them to complete my delivery.
