If it were possible I would rate them 0/5 such a hassle making my insurance claim on our house. Ian doesnt return phone calls you can leave numerous messages and it takes weeks before he returns any calls and processes things. Will not be useing them again.
Will never deal with this branch again. Will go 100 miles out of my way to deal with a professional business rather than 3 miles to deal with these people!
